Several communities responded strongly to the Library Branch Enhancements campaign, successfully raising hundreds of thousands of dollars in local gifts for their new community library buildings. With the help of JCLF, Applegate, Gold Hill, Eagle Point, and Ruch raised enhancement funds in response to a challenge grant received from the Ford Family Foundation.

The Friends of Jacksonville launched its own community-based campaign, with technical assistance provided by the Library Foundation. Nearly $175,000 in local funds was raised to support enhancement priorities identified by the Jacksonville community.

The JCLF has teamed with Medford Friends of the Library and other community members to raise $600,000 for Enhancements to the Central Library in Medford.

Ashland and White City have both raised thousands of dollars to support enhancement projects. Several additional communities have requested assistance from the Library Foundation to identify enhancements, design local fundraising plans, and receive leadership and fund development training.
